NAMI Collier

NAMI Collier is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing mental health support, advocacy, and education to individuals and families in Collier County.  NAMI Collier offers a wide range of programs tailored to different needs, including:

  • Children’s Mental Health Program (HUGS) – Providing early intervention screenings and programming for children (ages 0-22), individualized care coordination for families navigating healthcare access, psychological evaluations, and diagnoses (including Autism) by NAMI’s Child Psychologist, clinical case management, education, advocacy and in-home resiliency programs.
  • Sarah Ann Life Skills & Support Program – A daily, participation model program with a welcoming environment for adults, seniors, and veterans.
  • Self-Directed Care (SDC) – Empowering people to set and achieve personal life goals with individually assigned life coaches.
  • Supportive Housing & Employment – Helping individuals achieve stability through housing and workplace success with long-term wrap around care.
  • Support Groups – NAMI National Model, evidence-based, peer-led support that fosters resilience and connection for individuals, caregivers and families.
  • NAMI Collier Helpline – Offering referrals and advocacy.

NAMI Collier stands out among all NAMI affiliates by providing direct service programs.  It is also the only national affiliate offering specialized children’s mental health services. All the programs are no-cost to those served and are run from their facility on Castello Drive in Naples.
