Collier Resource Center

Collier Resource Center (“CRC”) is a trusted bridge between people in need and the agencies best equipped to help, with an active case management approach to connect people to critical services like food, housing and health care. CRC describes their role in the community this way:

• We work with individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities—listening to their stories, assessing their needs, and referring them to partner agencies for specialized support. We don’t stop there either; we follow up with each person we refer out to make sure their needs were met.
• We don’t duplicate services—we amplify them. CRC ensures that no one falls through the cracks by staying in touch and following up.
• We help create a stronger, more connected safety net for those in need in Collier County.
